We answer every inquiry personally within 24-48 hours.

Both practitioners are licensed and bonded, holding full practice authority as advanced nurse practitioners that may independently practice within respective scopes.
We currently serve the greater metropolitan areas of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. We are only licensed to practice within the state of Illinois.
Yes. To reserve your appointment or private event, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required from each guest. This deposit secures your reservation and allows us to provide a seamless planning experience. The deposit amount is the same for all services and event types, regardless of the size or style of your booking.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy applies to all concierge services and party bookings.
Yes. A travel fee applies only to appointments located more than 20 miles from our service area. The fee is pre-calculated based on mileage, determined before your appointment, and added to the total cost of your services. The travel fee is due with your remaining balance on the date of your appointment.
